Motivation and interest for joining the Montes del Plata team

Informational talks were held in July regarding the ion and recruitment process for mechanized forestry harvest operators in the departments along the littoral.

The first event was held on 14 and 15 July in Algorta and Piedras Coloradas to provide information to over one hundred people interested in finding out about the labour opportunities offered by Montes del Plata.

Through the "An opportunity within your reach" project, members of the Montes del Plata team provided details regarding the call to add over 50 people to the Harvesting team, as harvester and forwarder operators.

As part of its Management Policy, the company strives to provide information and announce opportunities directly to the communities near the company`s own harvesting operations. "We are convinced this is the way to add value to these communities and to find the best operators," stated company sources.

Talks continued in communities near the cities of Paysandú and Young, with a focus on Algorta, Piedras Coloradas, Grecco, Quebracho, Nuevo Berlín and Young.
