Listening strategy
To ensure everyone experiences the #MontesdelPlataExperience to the fullest and to continue building upon it, we listen to every person who works at the company. One of the tools we've used since 2016 is the annual employee climate survey, which has achieved 90% or higher participation in every edition.
Performance Management
We evaluate our competencies annually to identify areas for improvement and development. This model aims to align work, behaviors, and attitudes with Montes del Plata's strategic objectives and organizational culture.
Learning and Development
We created the Montes del Plata Academy so that people can develop their full potential through knowledge and so that this knowledge, acquired through theoretical and practical training, is recognized and valued by society.

My first work experience
This initiative allows the children of Montes del Plata employees to complete a work internship at the company. We have now extended it to the children and grandchildren of our associates.

New outbreak
A program that emerged to help those employees of our own companies and contractors who have not been able to complete the Basic Cycle of formal education, through support and preparation to take a test that certifies this training.
